1. Introduction
1.1 The Rosemary’s Way (“Giveaway”) is organised by the Australian High Commission Malaysia (“Organiser”).
1.2 These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) establish the parameters under which you (“Participant/s”) are entitled to participate in the Giveaway.
1.3 By entering the Giveaway, Participants confirm they have read, understood and agree to abide by, these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Giveaway is open to all Malaysian residents who live in the Klang Valley in one of the following suburbs: Ampang, Bukit Bintang, PJ, Sentul, Mont Kiara, TTDI, Batu Caves, Kepong, Selayang, Wangsa Maju, Bukit Jalil, Cheras, Seri Kembangan, Subang Jaya, Damansara, Puchong, Shah Alam, Setia Alam, Rawang, Kajang, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya or Klang.
2.2 The Giveaway will be granted to the first 50 people who forward the email confirmation of their registration for the virtual film screening to [email protected] with the subject line “Rosemary’s Way 2021” on a first come first served basis. The cut off time will be 11.59pm Wednesday 17 March.
2.2 The Giveaway is not open to employees of the Organiser, their spouse, defacto partner or members of their immediate family (children, grandchildren, parents, grandparents, siblings or siblings-in-law).
2.3 The Organiser may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entries and prohibit further participation in the Giveaway by any Participant who acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or otherwise in a manner which is likely to bring the Giveaway or the Organiser into disrepute.
3. Duration
3.1 All entries for the Giveaway must be received by Wednesday 17 March 2021 (11.59pm GMT+8)
4. Mechanics
4.1 To enter the Giveaway, Participants must submit:
a) the email confirmation of their registration for the screening of Rosemary’s Way received from FanForce to [email protected] with the subject line “Rosemary’s Way 2021” by 11.59pm 17 March 2021.
4.2 There is a limit to one (1) entry per person.
5. Selecting the successful Participants
5.1 The Organiser will identify the successful Participants as the first 50 Participants to forward their registration confirmation email to [email protected] on a first come first served basis up until 11.59pm Wednesday 17 March 2021.
5.2 Successful Participants will be notified via an email response within 24 hours of forwarding their entry.
5.3 Successful Participants must meet the eligibility criteria of being a resident in one of the suburbs in the Klang Valley as per 2.1.
5.4 Participants who qualify as one of the first 50 Participants per 5.1 but who do not live in one of the Klang Valley suburbs per 2.1 will be ineligible to receive the Giveaway and must inform the Organiser as soon as practicable so their Prize can be awarded to the next successful Participant.
6. Prizes
6.1 The successful Participants will receive a free meal from Picha Eats valued at up to RM50 delivered to their preferred address within the suburbs in 2.1.
To claim the Giveaway, Participants must select their preferred meal and delivery address via the Picha Eats Google Form provided in the notification email per 5.2 by 11.59pm Wednesday 17 March 2021.
Successful Participants will be able to select from meat and vegetarian meal options.
7. Notification
7.1 All communication and notifications regarding the Giveaway will be conducted via email from the [email protected] address.
7.2 All correspondence will be deemed to be successful once recorded as sent or received by the Organiser on its email records.
8. Disclaimer, indemnity and limitation of liability
8. 1 This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Participants understand that they are providing information to the Organiser and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
8.2 To the extent permitted by law, each Participant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Organiser from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from his/her participation in the Giveaway and the acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize that may be won.
8.3 The Organiser is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information in the offer or administration of the Giveaway, including but not limited to, errors in any publishing of these terms and conditions, selection of successful Participants, distribution of any Prize and software or network errors.
9. Rights of the Organiser
9.1 The Organiser may, in its absolute discretion, modify, annul or rescind these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and a Participants’ continued participation in the Giveaway amounts to acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
9.2 Failure by the Organiser to enforce these Terms and Conditions in any instance does not constitute any waiver by the Organiser of its rights, which shall be expressly reserved.
9.3 If, for any reason, any aspect of the Giveaway is not capable of being run as planned, including because of computer virus, network failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser which affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, the Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway.
