Administration Assistant, Kuala Lumpur (AUSTRADE)
Austrade is looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our office in Kuala Lumpur.
Your key responsibilities are to provide high level administrative support to the Office Manager and team members at the Austrade office in Kuala Lumpur and logistical/driving services.
This position requires a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in administrative work and basic computer literacy including practical hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word software.
You should be fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia and currently hold a valid Class D Malaysian driving licence and a clean driving record. Familiarity with Klang Valley routes especially Putrajaya will be highly regarded.
